If you have ever watched any episodes from Gordon Ramsey’s series, Kitchen Nightmares, this particular incident shouldn’t be surprising. What I am curious with is, how often and where it occurs.
You have to find some appreciation for the more transparent chains. Although you can’t see all of In and Out, from the perspective of a consumer, you get to see the cooking area, cooks and inner workings – it all looks pretty clean.
Not too long before this little news item, I was reading that a lot of big cities around the country are seeing more rodents in buildings. This is not because big cities are dirty, well, I’ve been to downtowns in big cities and they stink, but mainly because of all of the construction, demolition and digging. The habitats of these rodents are usually underground and they are getting destroyed. So, the rodents are moving into places such as our buildings…
